Dope: Food And Cannabis Pairing: An Elevated and Enchanting Winter Dinner Experience

Another event for the books from Mason Jar Event Group. Kendall Norris, the brains behind the Mason Jar magic, has a God given gift for bringing friends and family together in a luxury cannabis friendly fashion. Kendall hosts four cannabis pairing dinners a year, one to accompany each season. Her recent Winter Dinner was nothing short of spectacular, and as usual we left the event still mentally processing how amazing it is that an experience like this is even possible. Hosted in an intimate creative community space in Boulder, we were greeted upon arrival by a warmly lit room with beautiful art, painters, and live jazz music flowing in the air. Guests mingled as they drank and sampled the evening’s featured cannabis selections, as well as enjoyed the first round of appetizers which included Royal Red Shrimp Ceviche and Spicy Pork Kimchito Empanadas. These were paired with Olio’s Sleeping Monkey Live Resin SugarOlio’s Cherry Diesel Live Resin Sauce, and Sanita Brewing Company’s Citrus Lager.
