This is not your average ski trip. Nestled in the mountains of Aomori — one of Japan's snowiest and most culturally rich regions — this retreat is designed for women who want more than mileage. It's for those who crave the mountain in full: the challenge of new terrain, the silence of old-growth forest, and the profound reset that only genuine rest can bring.

You'll travel as part of a small, intentional group of (12) like-minded women, moving through five days that balance adrenaline with stillness. Mornings may find you navigating untracked snow in the backcountry and afternoons dissolving into the steam of a traditional onsen, a guided movement session, or open time to wander, journal, and simply be. Nothing is over-scheduled. Space is built in by design — because real renewal requires room to breathe.

Guided by experienced international and local leaders in both snow sports and wellness, every day is paced to meet your body where it is. Skill-building on the mountain goes hand-in-hand with guided breathwork, restorative yoga, and cultural immersion — from local shrine visits to handmade Japanese bbq and Sushi dinners shared with the community. Aomori's ancient landscape and the warmth of its people become as much a part of your experience as the powder itself.
